- Shipping the Product Back: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.
- Inspection of Returned Product: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return condition criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for an exchange, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
